Both etcd-backup-operator and etcd-restore-operator components are new work that we are making to decouple functionalities from core EtcdCluster spec and trying to make spec stable. For more details, see: https://github.com/coreos/etcd-operator/issues/1626 They have NOT been released yet. But good news. We are actually gonna do a release tomorrow (Nov 15).
