after installing f.e. kde-i18n-de in control-center entry for "German" is still
there, but you can not choose it, it still stays english, I tried this with more
language-packs of kde, still the same, only "English". This works fine with
colony-3 but now with colony-4 it doesn't. Even reinstall of language packs was
of no success.
