If you go into the System panel menu, and then click "System settings", it
launchs settings:/ in konqueror instead
of use kcontrol that is now prettier ;-)
Two solutions :
1) Remove the entry in the System panel menu, kcontrol is accessible via KMenu
-> System settings
2) Leave this entry, but launch kcontrol instead. And then, maybe remove the
entry in KMenu (two ways)
