After small investigation I found that it's bug in the gwenview with _smooth
fast_ option only.
As workaround just choose another smooth option.
Currently I have no build enviroment on the Kubuntu, but I'm looked in the
1.2.9x code and did not find error.
Code for smooth is in the src/imageutils/scale.c (It's by memory). grep for
SMOOTH_FAST enum.
PS. The same greeny bug is in the logout animation (semitransparent background
is greeny), but looks like it's different code.
