adept in breezy has no make messages target and so no .pot files.
This has been added and you can find that three (adept, adept-updater and
libept) files at
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n/templates/messages/playground-sysadmin/
However it will probably still need libapt-front to be translated and that
currently has no i18n
support.
