The drivers seem there (Kubuntu Flight2, the mirror should not matter I'd
think)

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/etc/network$ find /lib/modules/2.6.15-8-386/ -name
"sk98lin*"
/lib/modules/2.6.15-8-386/kernel/drivers/net/sk98lin
/lib/modules/2.6.15-8-386/kernel/drivers/net/sk98lin/sk98lin.ko

Have you tried "lsmod |frep sk" ? The module is not loaded at all ?
If not, you can use modprobe to load it ... (you should not need to of course,
but just for testing)
