Description:
Start a new session in Konsole, run some command which will cause the
screen to scroll somewhat, say ~100 lines. Scroll to the top once that
command has finished executing, and see that the first line in the
history is blank - that is, the line with the command itself. Subsequent
commands in the same session work as expected.
