I understood/knew what raphink said above, what I asked was it's possible to
set same L&F for both user and root without user doing 'kdesu systemsettings'.
(Some users have multiple user accounts, but I thought majority use Kubuntu
with one user account and root user as their desktop OS.)
New sudo package had been released with fix of env_keep. I am going to use it
to fix my problem here so that reject this report by myself. If someone wishes
same as myself, please feel free to add me to a new bug report.
