Hi Rocco - it didn't when I tried today : though the whole desktop froze ( I could ctr alt F1 and back, but could not do anything with the KDE session.) I know that this is not the problem I reported, but it is all related to the fact that suspend / resume / hibernate etc simply does not work on my IBM T43 ( and Mark's X41 ....... ) Cheers, malc -- Ubuntu - Linux for Human Beings http://www.ubuntu.com http://www.canonical.com ------------------- Grusse/Cordialement/Saluti/Saludos/Med Venlig/Helsning/Saygilarimla Mobile : +44 (0) 7769 703709 Office : +44 (0) 20 7052 9842 Fax : +44 (0) 20 7052 9849 Mail : Axiscross House, 25/27 Mossop Street, London SW3 2LY UK ------------------- -- erratic, inconsistent, and failing https://launchpad.net/bugs/33297 -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
