Rocco's comment in just wrong. I did check the code for that and the xcustom check he is talking about it's used only manually.
What I am saying is this bug doesn't exists any more or it has been fixed in the time while i was not maintaing X. Given that I got X again after one year and catching up on bugs, I can see that this is not there anylonger. If it was the case i would have noticed already 2 weeks ago.
