Thank you for reporting this bug.
There was a bug that was fixed in Dapper a long time ago, and it was
fixed in upstream aswell. It only happens to people who are not up-to-
date or use unofficial KDE < 3.5.2 packages on Breezy.
However, this one seems different since it happens on recent Dapper. In the
previous bug, you could reproduce by doing the following :
1) Open kontact
2) Open a new email and fill in the recipient field with anything. Do not close
the email
3) Go to the kaddressbook section of Kontact
4) Close Kontact
This is how you would lose all your contacts with the previous bug. Can
you still reproduce it this way? If you can't, can you provide some
informations on how to reproduce it?
