Okay.. After doing that procedure: http://kubuntu.org/faq.php#konqueror once again (!) and tweaking and playing around with some solution ideas (so I dont now which worked at the end, sorry) it suddenly appears and i managed (via a new profile, in a state, it appeared) to get access to these essential buttons.
But I would letting it here as a bug, because it feels like partially luck that I got them now, and 2nd now newbie from Windows would manage this, I think.
