this is due to a diversion to /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about- kubuntu/index.html via /etc/alternatives/firefox-homepage so the links in /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/index.html are relative
