Because I thought the problem was the same.
This one is a bug (well, it's not really a bug... but I can fix it
easily).
The German translation was not imported because the amarok translator
forgot to update the PO-Revision-Date header. Rosetta ignores any import
from a .po file that has an older PO-Revision-Date than the last
uploaded into Rosetta.
I updated it by hand and it's not imported.
