*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 43125 *** BobBlum, please file a new bug and use the "Add Attachment" link on the web page after filing the bug to attach /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman. It is not always easy to tell Ubiquity bugs apart just from the backtrace if you aren't used to the code, but I can guarantee you that that code has changed quite significantly and in particular the code in the traceback shown in this bug no longer reads as above and therefore you cannot possibly be getting the same traceback with Dapper final.
