Using wget and apt-key add this way is incorrect. The file you are
wget'ing is an HTML file, which of course cannot be added with apt-key.
I am closing this report due to it being a non-bug report.
The correct way to get Martin's key is the following:
gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 0x0de7276d5e0577f2
