Please try running sed "s/media.audio_cd.device:.*/media.audio_cd.device:\/dev\/cdrom/" -i ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/xine-config the problem appears to be, that your configuration is quite old and therefore using the wrong device name (nowadays it's /dev/cdrom), so this command should fix the issue.
