I can confirm this, but also for normal links.
Test case:
1. Go to http://www.google.de/
2. Click on any of the links
3. Instead of going to the link, a popups asks to save or open the html document
I've temporarily switched to Firefox as main browser, because of this - which
started only a few days ago, not since 4.0 directly (in Hardy).
