Dual monitor setup with xrandr
* Current behavior
Katapult always shows up on the display on which it was started:
- Open konsole
- drag the konsole window to display 1
- start katapult from konsole
=> pressing alt+space opens katapult on display 1
- Kill katapult
- drag the same konsole window to display 2
- start katapult
=> katapult always shows up on display 2
* Expected behavior
Katapult opens on the display I am looking at. For instance this could
be based on where the mouse pointer is, or which window has the focus.
