Sorry, I just noticed that I still had the KDE built in Translucency effect enabled. I dissabled the Compiz effects (K->System->Desktop Effects) But forgot the KDE Window effects, (System Settings->Window Behavior->Translucency)
After dissabling them, the issue is gone. Sorry about that.
