Clicking a .txt file in either Konqueror or Dolphin causes Kate to open
the file as expected, but upon closing it I'm presented with the
following error:
KDEInit could not launch '/usr/lib/kde4/bin/kate'.
After clicking okay it then re-opens the file (and the same error
appears after closing that instance as well).
Happens every time without fail on both of my Kubuntu 8.04 (KDE 4 Remix)
installs.
