I was using a Jabber account to communicate with a Jabber account in the screencast, and I've had it happen in a Yahoo chat as well. I don't have anyone on my MSN, ICQ, or AIM buddy lists, so I cannot test those accounts.
I simply typed into the chat window and used the "Check Spelling" option in the context menu. The spell checker caught the markup tags every time. I'm using default settings for the chat window itself, so no special settings there. I do have the Cryptography plug-in on, but it's not active. However, even with that plugin turned off, it catches the tags. The theme I use is "Clear (No Variant)", if it helps. -- kopete spellcheck catches hidden html tags https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/228291 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is subscribed to kopete in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
