Some ideas to get some space on Kubuntu CD:
- Remove /usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/scalable: no need for svg
- Remove /usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/128x128: only leave "apps" subdir needed
by katapult
- Replace krita with kcolourpaint
- Replace kmplayer/kaffeine/kscd with codeine
