NetForces, this looks like a different bug, I can confirm that bug 113607 was definitely fixed.
The kicker corruption as described originally looks totally different from your screenshot, and mousing over would not resolve it. You could try disabling the the background image of the kicker, as specified in Adric Riedel's comment on 2007-05-24.
