Keyboard shortcuts for zooming in and out do not match throughout the
environment. Ctrl+Shift+= (Ctrl++) is the typical zoom shortcut for
some KDE applications (e.g. Okular, Dolphin), where Ctrl+= (Ctrl++ no
Shift) is the zoom for the Plasma Desktop and Konqueror. It doesn't
matter which keyboard combination it is (users of different keyboard
layouts have different preferences), but they should be the same.
