The search and Replace feature needs improvments :
- when replacing a string by something else there is apparentlly no indication
of the number of iterations processed meaning that you do not know whether it
is finished or not especially on a huge file (no bell either).
- the graphical editor attached to Kate in KDE*-3 was by far more practical and
powerfull than what is proposed at the bottom ; please reinstall this piece of
work on which so maany people have sweated.
