I filed this bug:

cannot be added, even though it has been installed)
It was marked as a dupe, and I do not understand the relation between
what I filed and he bug that it was marked a dupe of. Could someone
explain how the bugs are related? I am not arguing the decision, I
simply want to learn. Thanks!
