Binary package hint: gtk-qt-engine-kde4
When a GTK application is run as root, it is not themed using Qt4
controls. I realise that this may have to do with the root user having
separate preferences. However, I would expect that after installing the
package (gtk-qt-engine-kde4) that Qt4 controls would be used by default
in GTK applications for all users.
