This would probably be best pursued upstream at bugs.kde.org.
Changing default shortcuts from their upstream defaults could lead to
confusion. If this is resolved at the KDE level rather than the Kubuntu level
nobody will be confused while e.g. switching distros. (Instead everybody will
be confused at once I suppose :P)
