Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
Since the update to KDE 4.3, any KDE application using the new tray icon
system displays its context menu with a window manager decoration, as
demonstrated by the attached screenshot. Additionally, the decoration
is corrupted. It seems as if these menus should be displayed without a
decoration.
