You have been subscribed to a public bug:
After upgrading to Gutsy, none of my 'Input Actions' (e.g. gestures etc)
work anymore. Browsing 'Input Actions' in kcontrol shows a completely
empty pane - it should show the builtin actions (Konqueror gestures etc)
and the ones I added myself. I can attach my
~/.kde/share/config/khotkeysrc file if necessary -- it hasn't been
truncated or anything.
