In KDE 4.3 beta 2, in both Kubuntu Jaunty and Kubuntu Karmic, the user
cannot enter Admin mode to make changes to the Login Manager in System
Settings.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open System Settings
2) Go to Advanced -> Login Manager
3) Try to change settings
Systems affected:
Kubuntu 9.04 with KDE 4.3 beta 2
Kubuntu 9.10
