I think this does qualify as a papercut. It affects all Wubi users,
which are hundreds of thousands, and it will affect them on their first
day of a new installation, since they will most likely look for their
Windows files from within a Wubi installation and probably they will
have a tough time finding them. The fix would be easy if default
bookmarks were a bit more configurable.
