frapell: probably because they're not straight duplicates (have a look at the version numbers). Since Jonathan Thomas is Konversation packager, it's possible he knows/guess the two problems will be solved by the same fix in a future version of Konversation, and chose to keep the bug with more information (since he replied to it already).
