The KDE3 KNetworkManager is not part of the default Kubuntu experience, so this
does not qualify as a papercut.
I would also like to note that the KDE4 KNetworkManager shipped in Kubuntu 9.10
does not have this issue. Unfortunately, the KDE3 version of KNetworkManager is
unmaintained, so this will not be fixed for it.
