Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

Building kdepim from source using "apt-get source -b kdepim" or
dpkg-buildpackage fails after updating from Kubuntu 9.04 to 9.10.
phonon dev packages are not installed by apt-get build-dep kdepim. I installed
libphonon-dev and libqt4-phonon-dev, however I still get the same error when
trying to build kdepim with dpkg-buildpackage (longer output in attachment):

[....]
-- Found Perl: /usr/bin/perl
-- Phonon includes NOT found!
CMake Error at /usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindPhonon.cmake:63 (message):
Phonon library or includes NOT found!
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  /usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake:559 (find_package)
  /usr/share/cmake-2.6/Modules/FindKDE4.cmake:81 (FIND_PACKAGE)
  CMakeLists.txt:34 (find_package)

/usr/lib/libphonon.so (and .so.4.3.1 etc) and /usr/include/phonon/ do
exist.
