Some of the package files got corrupted on download. You can try deleting:
/var/cache/apt/archives/libkcddb4_4%3a4.3.2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
and
/var/cache/apt/archives/kdemultimedia-kio-plugins_4%3a4.3.2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
and after that re-attemping the upgrade.
