Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

I've configured kde/qt applications to look like gnome applications and
as a result I'm using Humanity icon theme in the konqueror, too.

The konqueror renders the SVG icons incorrectly in the toolbar. For
example, the forward button seems to be file
/usr/share/icons/Humanity/actions/16/go-right.svg (owned by package
humanity-icon-theme) but it's incorrectly rendered in the toolbar. See
the attached screen shot.

Notice that the SVG icon is rendered almost correctly in the content
area (the shadow is too dark, the light inner border is too light).
