There's apparently a KDE4 GUI for managing old KDE Resources used by older KDE applications, or KDE applications that haven't yet been ported to Akonadi. Go to System Settings, and click the Advanced tab. Once there, open "KDE Resources". If you've run kres-migrator, you should have a resource called "Akonadi Compatiblity Resource" of the type "Akonadi". This is what will allow you to access your Akonadi addressbooks. If you don't see such a resource, try clicking "Add..." and select "Akonadi Address Books..." and go from there. I hope that clears up the issue. The documentation on the problem seems poor; I only learned all this from searching my system for binaries starting with "kres", because I happen to know that KDE used to use kresources. -- Empty contact list in Addressbook on Address Book Link of Kopete contact https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/361065 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kopete in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
