After doing some research I stumpled upon the following discussion: http://kubuntuforums.net/forums/index.php?topic=3107077.0
Solving the described problem with nepomuk is fairly simple: Just install "virtuoso-driver" and "virtuoso-server" The problem was, that two file were missing: "/usr/bin/virtuoso-t" and "virtodbc_r.so" So I would suggest to include the afore mentioned packages as dependency of soprano. Another possibility would be to introduce a new package "soprano-backend-virtuoso" referring the existing package "soprano- backend-sesame".
