I'm getting an error from kded both in the live session and after
install: "Unable to save bookmarks in /home/{USERNAME}/.local/share
//user-places.xbel. Reported errror was: Insufficient permissions in
target directory.. This error message will only be shown once. The
cause of the error needs to be fixed as quickly as possible which is
most likely a full hard drive.
Hard drive is not full and permissions look OK.
