The archive is going through a bit of turmoil as the debian merges are
being uploaded. What probably happened to you is that a small bug that
slipped in the kdepimlibs updates caused half of KDE to be removed when
it was upgraded. That bug has since been fixed, but this early in the
prerelease cycle (before alpha 1) you should pretty much expect breakage
like this to occur.
