On my laptop, kde suspend just shuts down wireless connection but does not suspend the system. I tried on different kernels, including versions that worked on raring, but no success. Also tried:
dbus-send --print-reply --dest='org.freedesktop.PowerManagement' /org/freedesktop/PowerManagement org.freedesktop.PowerManagement.Suspend and the same thing happens. pm-suspend works fine. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kde-workspace in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1197317 Title: After KDE update in Saucy, PowerDevil does not suspend the system To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-workspace/+bug/1197317/+subscriptions -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
