** Description changed:

  Maximized windows go under KDE Plasma panel (even if panel is configured
  as "Always visible") if such panel is attached to edge of screen that
  acts as border between multiple monitors
  
  (i.e. right side of first screen or left side of second screen if
  monitors are arranged horisontally).
