** Description changed: kdevplatform-libs still doesn't ship the Subversion plugin, the package doesn't contain a "kdevsubversion.so". Initially this was caused by licensing issues (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322225), but these have been resolved long time ago. Debian also ships the library: https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=kdevsubversion.so&mode=exactfilename&suite=testing&arch=any So, I'm hereby asking to drop the patch that disables compilation/installation of the Subversion plugin. + + TEST CASE: + launch kdevelop + Project -> New Project -> Next -> Version Control dropdown -> Subversion + + if you can select that the plugin is available and working
