I don't. I suppose I could try again and generate one, but I don't know how.
Since submitting the bug report, I had realized I was trying to install plasma5 + sddm on the same laptop 3 times, using beta software from Arch, Fedora and Kubuntu. All of the installs failed at a similar point, so I suspect it might be an issue with either sddm or the graphics drivers for my laptop used by plasma 5.
