I think it starts to sound like it would be useful to land this fix in
wily to get also more exposure to the fix, but maybe not worth starting
an SRU at this point. The impact seems to be either a) low or b) a bit
unpredictable on the actual problem users are seeing. If it turns out we
can get also other fixes landed to wily and they together would have a
bigger improvement, the SRU could be considered later?
