The "connect" and "disconnect" buttons in the Kubuntu Vivid Plasma 5
network manager applet work erratically.
In many occasion, you press a button, the button provides visual
feedback that it is pressed, but nothing happen. You press it again, and
nothing happen. To make the button work you need to move the mouse a
little before pressing the button one more time.
