Public bug reported:

Running new Intel NUC D34010WYKH, i3processor,128GB SSD 4GB RAM. Already loaded
Windows 7pro and have used Gparted to partition the SSD. Kubuntu 15.10 being
loaded from USB by Unetbootin onto a 10GB partition with a 4GB swap partition.
I have compared the checksum and it is perfect. Tried downloading 15.10 twice
now and have had the same error; namely...
Loads well until it gets to the slideshow of Kubuntu features and then brings
up an alert that "apt" can't load as the files aren't able to be unpacked. On
clicking the "OK" field it stops the install and a screen appears to advise I
open a terminal and type in kubuntu bug -ubiquity (which may or may not be
exactly correct as it appears for a brief time and then closes).
Desperately want to load this distro so will try 14.04

** Affects: kubuntu-ppa
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
