So I continue to test. I have created a new user and I just changed the option busycursorsettings. That's work.
I returned in my session, after a backup, I have deleted all the directory in .local/share. The bouncing cursor is now OK. Then I have restore the directory one by one and tested for each of them the cursor. I have restore all the directory and the cursor is bouncing as I want. So I really don't understand.
